• There will be a discount if the artist also provides lineart.

ADD-ONS & UPGRADES

Note:
1. Additional Characters: Calculated based on each character’s visible length and individual complexity.
2. Web-Novel Special: Available only for authors who publish their work exclusively online (e.g. Wattpad, WebNovel) or through non-commercial personal prints. If the novel is later commercially printed or sold, please contact me to update the illustration license.
3. Self-publish Special: This license is intended for small-scale self-published authors. If total revenue from book sales exceeds IDR 3,500,000, / USD $350 the client must contact me to upgrade the license. Misuse of this license (including use for publisher-backed projects) is considered a violation of the licensing terms and may result in additional fees or license revocation.
4. Monetized Use: Applies when the artwork is used on platforms with ads, paid access, or revenue generation (e.g. streaming, monetized banner, etc).
5. Commercial Use: Required for publisher-backed projects, merchandise, large-scale printing, or commercial distribution not covered by the Self-Publish License.
6. NDA / Privacy: The artwork will not be posted, shown, or used publicly by the artist.
7. Full Copyright Claim: All ownership and copyright are transferred to the client.
8. Extra Minor Revision: Small adjustments requested beyond the free revision limit.
9. Major Revision (Sketch / Lineart Stage): Large changes affecting pose, composition, or design during early stages.
10. Major Revision (After Final Artwork): Any significant change requested after the artwork has been finalized.
11. Rush Commission: The artwork is prioritized in the queue with a shorter delivery time. Kindly ask first.
12. Addition of accessories: Complex accessories will incur an additional charge. Small accessories will not be counted, but are limited to 3 accessories per character.
13. Extra Rendering: Rendering quality will increased. Only applied for full ilustration style 2.

TERMS OF SERVICE

⚠️ ZERO AI TOLERANCE POLICY
• My artwork may NEVER be used for AI training, machine learning, image generation, datasets, style imitation, or any AI-related purpose.
• This policy has NO exceptions. Permission will never be granted.
• Any violation will result in permanent blacklisting and further legal action where applicable.▪︎ GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
• All commissions are for personal use unless a commercial license is purchased.
• I do not accept heavy mecha, furry, anthro, horror, or strange creatures.
• Gore and NSFW content require an additional fee.
• Pose references will always be redrawn in my own style to avoid plagiarism and copyright issues.▪︎ PAYMENTS
• Local: 50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval.
• International (VGen): Full payment upfront.
• Lineart, Cell Shading, and Skeb commissions require full payment upfront.
• Order cancellations may result in blacklisting.▪︎ DISCOUNTS & BONUSES
• Purchase 3+ commissions or return for your 3rd order to receive a one-time discount of up to 50%.
• Orders above 700K IDR / $120 USD receive 1–2 complimentary colored sketch headshots.
• Lucky clients may occasionally receive surprise bonuses or extra rendering details.▪︎ REVISIONS
• Up to 3 minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage (including sketch, lineart, and base color).
• Major changes or revisions after rendering will incur additional fees.
• After final delivery, only major mistakes can be corrected.▪︎ DEADLINES & DELIVERY
• Turnaround time (TAT) starts after sketch approval or full payment, not the order date.
• Estimated delivery: 3–60 days, depending on queue and complexity.
• Additional requests during production may require extra fees.▪︎ USAGE
• I retain the right to display commissioned artwork unless a privacy fee is purchased.
• You may repost the watermarked artwork with proper credit.
• AI training, NFTs, resale, or unauthorized commercial use are strictly prohibited.▪︎ COPYRIGHT
• I retain full copyright unless full copyright is purchased.
• Clients may not claim authorship of the artwork.
• Personal use includes profile pictures, gifts, personal prints, and social media with proper credit.
• Commercial use requires a separate license.▪︎ REFUNDS
• All payments are non-refundable.
• By purchasing a commission, you agree to all terms and conditions.▪︎ COMMUNICATION
• Please respond to updates within 2–5 days. Delayed replies may extend the delivery time.
• I work full-time outside commissions, so updates are not provided daily.
• For commissions with a 15–60 day TAT, progress updates will be sent once every 1–2 weeks.
• Clear references and descriptions are required for the best results.▪︎ WORKING HOURS (ONLINE)
• Monday–Friday: 7:00–10:00 AM & 6:00–10:00 PM (GMT+7)
• Saturday–Sunday: Depends on my availability. Commission work resumes on Monday.

WORKFLOW/COMMISSION PROCESS

▪︎ INQUIRY & DISCUSSION
The client sends an inquiry along with clear references and a detailed description of the request.
I will confirm availability, pricing, and estimated turnaround time.▪︎ PAYMENT
Payment is made according to the selected commission type (please read at ToS)
Work will only begin after the required payment is received.▪︎ SKETCH/LINEART STAGE
A clean sketch will be provided for approval. Clients may request revisions according to the revision policy.▪︎ RENDERING STAGE
After the sketch is approved, the artwork will proceed to lineart, flat coloring, and rendering.
Only minor adjustments are allowed until flat coloring stage. Major changes may incur additional fees.▪︎ FINAL PREVIEW & DELIVERY
A watermarked final preview will be sent for confirmation.
Once approved, the final high-resolution file will be delivered. Delivery will be made via email in the form of a Google Drive folder.▪︎ COMPLETION
The commission is considered completed after final delivery.
Any further changes requested after this stage may require additional charges.
