ADD-ONS & UPGRADES

Note:
1. Additional Characters: Calculated based on each character’s visible length and individual complexity.
2. Monetized Use: Applies when the artwork is used on platforms with ads, paid access, or revenue generation (e.g. streaming, webnovels, online publishing).
3. Commercial Use: Applies to physical printing, merchandise, or any form of commercial distribution.
4. NDA / Privacy: The artwork will not be posted, shown, or used publicly by the artist.
5. Full Copyright Claim: All ownership and copyright are transferred to the client.
6. Extra Minor Revision: Small adjustments requested beyond the free revision limit.
7. Major Revision (Sketch / Lineart Stage): Large changes affecting pose, composition, or design during early stages.
8. Major Revision (After Final Artwork): Any significant change requested after the artwork has been finalized.
9. Rush Commission: The artwork is prioritized in the queue with a shorter delivery time. Kindly ask first.
10. Extra Rendering: Rendering quality will increased beyond the selected style level.

TERMS OF SERVICE

▪︎ GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline any request I’m not comfortable with.
• All commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are discussed and agreed upon.
• I do not accept Heavy Mecha, Furry, Anthro, horror, or strange creature content.
• Gore and NSFW content will incur additional costs.
• Pose references provided by clients will be remade/redrawn in my style (even if based on real people) to avoid plagiarism and copyright issues.▪︎ PAYMENTS
• Illustration: Full payment is due after the sketch is approved for local & Full payment upfront for International (VGEN)
• Lineart + Cell Shading: Half payment is required before I start, and the rest is due after the sketch is approved.
• Skeb Commissions: Full payment must be made upfront.
• Cancelling services may result in serious consequences and blacklisting.▪︎ SPECIAL DISCOUNT AND BONUS
• Clients who purchase more than three services, or return for their third commission, will receive a one-time special discount of up to 50%. This discount can be redeemed immediately or saved for future orders.
• Orders above 700K IDR/$120 USD will receive one or two colored sketch headshot of the purchased character(s). The bonus is limited to one per qualifying order and may vary in style from the main illustration. This is a complimentary item and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
• A surprise bonus for the lucky ones. I sometimes include differences in the renderings for anyone who notices. (Pss..pss..It's secret hehe)▪︎ REVISIONS
• A sketch will be provided for approval. Up to 3 minor revisions (per revision point) can be requested during this stage before rendering, including sketch, lineart and base color adjustments.
• Revisions do not include adding character details I missed; only significant changes are included.
• Revisions after the rendering stage are subject to additional charges.
• Please use the opportunity to review updates/previews carefully. Minor adjustments can be requested during this stage. After the final output is delivered, revisions are limited to major issues only and may incur additional fees.▪︎ DEADLINES & DELIVERY
• Turnaround time (TAT) is calculated from the moment the sketch is received or after full payment, not from the order date.
• Further changes after this point may require extra fees.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–60 days depending on tier, slot availability, and design complexity.
• Clients are asked to be patient for the best results.▪︎ USE
• I retain the rights to the artwork and may share it on my portfolio or social media unless a privacy/copyright fee is paid.
• You may repost the artwork with proper credit and no modifications. Always use the watermarked version if reposting.
• The artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or resale. Violating this will have severe consequences.▪︎ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artworks. Unless client purchases full copyright.
• Clients may not claim the artwork as their own, modify, or sell it, even if full copyright is purchased.
• Personal use includes: gifts, profile pictures, personal prints, and social media posts with proper credit.
• Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, promotional materials) must be discussed and paid for separately.
• Artwork may not be used for AI training, blockchain/NFTs, or resale without permission.▪︎ REFUNDS
• Refunds are strictly prohibited.
• Purchasing my services means you agree to these conditions and assume all risks.
• Clear communication from the start helps avoid miscommunication—I am open to feedback and advice.▪︎ COMMUNICATION
•Please respond to updates within 2–5 days. Delays may extend delivery time. I am not responsible if deadlines are missed due to late responses.
•I have activities & full time job outside of working on commissions. Please be patient; I don’t update daily. For illustrations with a TAT of 15–60 days, updates will be provided once a week. Max once per 2 week per update.
• Clear references and descriptions are required. Providing detailed references will ensure accurate results.▪︎ WORKING HOURS (ONLINE)
• Monday - Friday: 7 AM–10 AM & 6 PM–10 PM (GMT+7)
• Saturday & Sunday: Depend on my free time

WORKFLOW/COMMISSION PROCESS

▪︎ INQUIRY & DISCUSSION
The client sends an inquiry along with clear references and a detailed description of the request.
I will confirm availability, pricing, and estimated turnaround time.▪︎ PAYMENT
Payment is made according to the selected commission type (please read at ToS)
Work will only begin after the required payment is received.▪︎ SKETCH/LINEART STAGE
A clean sketch will be provided for approval. Clients may request revisions according to the revision policy.▪︎ RENDERING STAGE
After the sketch is approved, the artwork will proceed to lineart, flat coloring, and rendering.
Only minor adjustments are allowed until flat coloring stage. Major changes may incur additional fees.▪︎ FINAL PREVIEW & DELIVERY
A watermarked final preview will be sent for confirmation.
Once approved, the final high-resolution file will be delivered. Delivery will be made via email in the form of a Google Drive folder.▪︎ COMPLETION
The commission is considered completed after final delivery.
Any further changes requested after this stage may require additional charges.
